Hi everyone i am Dave a professional mobile dj and Radio presenter with over 35 years experience. I also work with families that have difficulties with all types of substance misuse and look after children who are not fortunate to be in their family home.
I created Gemini Sounds Radio some 11 years ago and have funded it with some help from presenters, listeners and of cause my mobile disco, the necessary broadcasting licences (PRS/PPL) to keep us on air broadcasting for another 12 months cost around £600. Your help will not only make our loyal listeners happy during this uncertain period in our lives but also we will be planning on building a studio to train young people to become broadcasters or djs themselves.

As above i am Dave the owner, of Gemini Sounds Radio which is a non profit organisation and of cause registered with Company House. Our presenters present their shows voluntarily online at present (Non-Profit).
ABOUT GEMINI SOUNDS RADIO
I created Gemini Sounds Radio approximatley 11 years ago, i worked on fm and also several other internet stations before taking the plunge and starting this one myself. More and more people are now tuning in and it's heard across many platforms such as TuneIn and Alexa.
We are asking if possible that you could spare as little as £1.00 or whatever donation you could make to help with the running and costing. We do offer Businesses adverts that are purchased and played several times a day on the station between 6 and 12 months. We are known as the peoples station for the people.
SO, HOW YOUR MONEY WILL BE SPENT
With your kindness and support, the funds raised through GoFundMe will pay for the following:-
1. PRS & PPL Smallcaster license(s) for 12 months (1 Nov 2020 - 1 Nov 2021) - £460. These licenses are necessary to broadcast music online legally.
2. Icecast Streaming service - £100. This is what's used to broadcast the music online (server).
3. Domain Name / Website hosting with Diamond Web Design for 12 months.
4. Any excess money raised will be used to fund new jingles to promote the station. These will be purchased through RPC Audio.
WITHDRAWAL
As sole owner, the withdrawal will be paid directly into my bank account before the current license expires 26th June 2021. All monies will immediately fund all the above requirements.
All donations received are only used for what is required, and to ensure fraud, I have included our companies house GEMINI SOUNDS RADIO LTD

PLEASE NOTE ANY DONATIONS OVER THE £650 POUNDS NEEDED TOO KEEP THE STATION RUNNING WILL BE DONATED TO A CHARITY OF THE TOP DONATORS CHOICE.
