<div>On August 3rd, 2025, our mom’s life changed in an instant. She suffered a terrible accident that left her with a broken humerus, a deep gash on her skull that required 16 staples to close, and a concussion that caused weeks of confusion and cognitive struggles.

<div>She is an incredibly strong and independent woman who has always worked hard to support herself and her family. But right now, she’s facing a challenge she can’t overcome alone.

<div>Because of her injuries, she’s unable to work for at least three months. Unfortunately, she does not have short-term disability insurance, and the small amount she received during her first week off in August has already run out. She won’t see another paycheck until mid-October, at the earliest. In the meantime, she still has bills that can’t wait—rent, car insurance, phone, and groceries.

<div>On top of that, her apartment needed major adjustments to make it safe and accessible for her recovery. These unexpected expenses have made things even more difficult.

<div>As her son and daughter-in-law, we want to do everything we can to help the woman who has always put others before herself. But the reality is, we can’t do it alone. That’s why we’re reaching out to our community for support.
