<div>Hallo allemaal, wij zijn Tara,Sophie,Julia en Ellen. Veel van jullie weten dat wij afgelopen januari vrijwilligerswerk zijn gaan doen in Zuid Afrika bij een apenopvang. We hebben hier een heel mooie en leerzame tijd gehad, met eigen ogen gezien hoe belangrijk en liefdevol werk hier verricht wordt. Hier worden met name vervet apen en bavianen opgevangen met als doel ze uiteindelijk weer uit te zetten in de vrije natuur. Jullie kunnen je vast voorstellen hoeveel geld alleen al de verzorging van deze dieren kost. Het voer, medicatie, goed onderhouden verblijven etc etc. Daarom vragen we jullie hulp, wij lopen (wandelen) op 9 mei weer de marathon van Leiden om geld op te halen en in november van dit jaar gaan we weer naar Zuid Afrika. Hoe fantastisch zou het zijn om een mooi bedrag mee te nemen en de zorg voor deze mooie lieve dieren nog beter te maken?

<div>Hello everyone, we are Tara, Sophie,Julia  and Ellen. Many of you know that last January we went volunteering in South Africa at a monkey sanctuary. We had a wonderful and educational time there, witnessing firsthand the important and loving work that goes on here. Vervet monkeys and baboons are cared for here, with the goal of eventually releasing them back into the wild. You can imagine how much money just caring for these animals costs: food, medication, well-maintained enclosures, etc. That's why we're asking for your help. We're running (walking) the Leiden Marathon again on May 9th to raise money, and in November of this year we'll be returning to South Africa. How fantastic would it be to bring a generous donation and further improve the care for these beautiful, sweet animals?<br />
