Dad aka Gearld, Gerry, GT, Brother, Son & Papaw was a desciple of God who loved sharing His story and love with everyone he came across. The world lost an amazing man but Heaven gained a great Angel.
He struggled with cancer for 11 years but surpassed all the doctors expectations at every visit and pushed on like a good soldier always does. But he left his earthly body as the sun shined through the window onto his face, he went home to be with his heavenly Father.
Cancer was his diagnosis and his battle was the toughest fought battle. Unfortunately, because the cancer was diagnosed after his retirement, he was unable to qualify for life insurance.
So as we prepare to lay our dad to rest, we humbly ask each of you for help. We need to raise money to offset the finiancial stressors of funeral cost. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Funeral details will be posted as they are planned.
