Since its inception, {9} has embraced the spirit of creativity in our community, to love and encourage the human soul and its many faces, has been our purpose.
Our landlord has instituted late fees of $10 per day for each day this year, due to a late payment at the beginning of the year. We are prepared to do whatever necessary to save our space, we also plan to further negotiate terms to prevent this from happening again in the future.
