On Sunday June 28, 2020 our little town was hit by a massive fire consuming the home of my mother, grandmother, sister, and nephews with in the blink of an eye everything was gone. I am very lucky and very fortunate to be able to hug my family today.
The fire was very tragic for us all. For an adult we are able to overcome and grasp the concept of loosing things and some being replaceable and some not. We adults shrug our shoulders and keep pushing. As for my oldest nephew he is a five year old boy who just wants his home, his bed, his toys, his old life. As much as I wish I could snap my fingers and make this go away I can not. Everyone who knows our family knows we NEVER ask for help WE/I do the helping and always “figure something out” however today is a different day and you must know when to throw in the towel my family needs all the help we can get at the sudden unforeseen drastic curve ball we have been thrown. On behalf of my family and I, we thank everyone in advance for all their support, phone calls texts, contributions a little goes along way. Once again, thank you!
