Volunteer trip to Haiti

I'm going to Haiti! For sure!!
It's truely a blessing that my foot has healed enough to still allow me to participate. I believe more than ever that I was meant to go on this trip!
I have been accepted onto a team of just 18 people that includes prosthetics, orthotists, physical therapists, and physical therapist assistants to head to a remote corner of NW Haiti (Port de Paix), to provide what could be their only encounter with a health care professional in their entire lives.
I am beyond excited and blessed to have passed the application and interview processes, but now I need YOUR help!
Your funds will help cover: my flights, in country transportation, room and board, supplies to run the clinic (which operates year-round), 24 hr security guards, housekeepers, cooks, translators, and a portion of my unpaid time off. Any funds that I am about to raise above what is absolutely needed I will donate back to the organization or buy supplies to take with me, such as resistance bands, kinesiology tape, etc.

This clinic will treat at least 100 people each day! 100 chances per day to change my life, or someone else’s. This opportunity provides me with a chance to combine many of my passions, and to provide a better quality of life to those that have suffered far more than I can know.
