Please help my 2nd Family

Some words from his daughter:
12-15-58 , My father,Kevin Leo Vick, was born. My dad has lived an amazing , exciting life from  numerous concerts to random trips with friends and family in his younger years. The most rewarding time of his life though was when he became my dad. Growing up, my dad had a lot of health problems, and yet it didn’t stop him from passing on his passion of music taking me in diapers to see artists like Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Smashing Pumpkins, Lou Reed and Elvis Costello just to name a few. He encouraged me to be different and walk to the beat of my own drum, just like he always had. Man, his drum line was long and loud! My father was the practical jokester who could make literally anyone laugh. He’s honestly the greatest man I’d ever love. Sadly, my father suffered an asthma attack that has left him brain dead, and his future isn’t looking as vibrant as the life he’s lived. He doesn’t have a life insurance plan, since he’s been unemployed since February. He recently had knee replacement surgery and was waiting to start a new job next week.  These past few months have really been a struggle and he was looking forward to a better quality of life. Now we’re waiting to speak to hospice instead. My mom and I are truly having a hard time processing all of this, and we are not in good financial standing. Please know that we’ve never been ones to look for help; it’s not truly in us. We must though now because our family is broken. If you could donate toward his future expenses (care or funeral- since his overall outcome might not be instant), we would be forever grateful and thankful. Do something vibrant to honor my dad because that’s who he was with his Hawaiian shirts or band shirts to his laugh and playful personality. My dad will always be my rockstar.
