Xpress Fitness

What's up everyone! It's me, Eric Cook, aka "Mr. Motivation." Since graduating from University of MS  with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science I have thought about owning my personal training business. It has always been a dream of mine to own my own business.  I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Memphis to help me further my education and become more well rounded in the health and fitness field.
When I became a personal trainer I wanted a place where people could come start their journey to a healthier lifestyle, learn how to maintain that lifestyle and influence others inside and beyond the doors of the facility. I ask for your support to help me raise the funds I need to help cover the start-up costs of a personal training studio. All of the money raised will go towards the purchase of equipment and expenses for the business.

Xpress Fitness will be a personal training studio that will not only help clients reach their goals but also improve daily activities of life through quality health and fitness services to the community and surrounding areas. These services provided will include personal training, group fitness, nutrition, youth fitness and corporate wellness. A healthy network dedicated to helping you become your best version of yourself.
