Wheelchair parts

I'm a 41 year old man with muscular dystrophy on disability benefits. I am raising money for replacement parts for my wheelchair. I need a new seat cushion and back because I am in pain every day. On a fixed income buying new parts can be quite difficult. Please help, thank you!
