My mother’s heart surgery

Hello. My name is Cierra and my mother has a weak heart that is soon going to give up on her. She need a heart transplant/ surgery in order to get better but we don’t have the money for the surgery and get on top of the waiting list. It would mean the world to me if you could help me out with my mother’s recovery. I’m not ready to lose her.
