<div>My name is Mohammad Yazji. I am 32 years old and I work in the field of import, export and international trade. I studied financial accounting in banking, real estate, and management at Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport University in Egypt and returned to continue my life in Gaza, but honestly , I can barely remember the details of my life before 7th October 2023. So much has changed, and so much has been lost.<em>We know that any moment could be our last, and we humbly need your help to evacuate Gaza and start over</em>

<div><strong>Islam's</strong>, with special needs suffers from hemiplegia and epilepsy and needs completely special care. This is because he was given tear gas when he was born at the time of the first intifada (in 1988), and now in this war he suffers from a severe shortage in its treatment due to its lack of availability... and He now also suffers from severe pain in his body due to the lack of his own bed to sleep in.

<div><strong>Impact of the War on Our Family</strong>
</div>
<div>We lost all our savings and assets in this brutal war. Before the war, my father dedicated his life to working to build a bright future for us. He worked to build a house for us and spent more than $900,000 on it so that we could live the most beautiful memories, and now the house has been completely destroyed and only our memories remain.

<div>We have faced difficult times in Gaza before, with smaller escalations, but we managed to overcome them and were able to stay in our homes. This time is completely different, it is much worse than all previous wars combined. Within hours of the crisis, we fled our home, which is located in northern Gaza, and searched for shelter in central Gaza. Within days, the conditions in Gaza worsened and we fled to southern Gaza, “Khan Yunis,” and took shelter there. 85 days, and after that, Khan Yunis became an unsafe area, and we fled to look for shelter in the city of Rafah. With difficulty, we found a small room to house all of us, and now Rafah has become unsafe, and we do not know what is coming next and what our fate is!

<div>We are going through times full of terror, the sounds of bombing are everywhere, we live in conditions between two abysses, we need time to rest, our psychology cannot bear it, we want to get out of this nightmare, I do not want anyone to feel what we are going through.

<li>We plan to evacuate and start our lives over in Canada , . Leaving Gaza requires a lot of money, including fees to cross to Egypt ($5,500 per person and constantly changing) in addition to paperwork, passport renewal, flight tickets, And the fees for submitting a visa to the Canadian embassy accommodation .

<li>At the same time, we know that no one can predict the situation in Gaza. If we are unable to evacuate, whether because of funds, danger of travel, or change in access, we will use the funds raised to meet our emergency needs here in Gaza, and we will do our best to recover and rebuild a life for a family here in these difficult circumstances.
