<div>As our family comes to terms with the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Gav, we want to honour one of his final wishes — a wish that was incredibly close to his heart.

<div>He wanted contributions to go to Young Hearts Australia, because of his beautiful grandson, Cooper.
</div>

<div>Being a grandfather meant so much to him. Cooper is a very special part of his life, and he wanted to help create a future where young hearts like Cooper’s have every opportunity to grow, thrive and be supported.

<div>In the midst of our grief, we want to turn his final wish into something positive — something that carries his love for his grandson forward and helps other young people and families along the way.
