Ya estamos en la última etapa de la enfermedad: mi mamá ya no puede hablar ni caminar, empieza a ahogarse con el agua y con sus comidas, aunque sean licuadas. Es necesario cargarla, moverla y darle cuidados más intensivos con apoyo de una enfermera y doctores que puedan darle seguimiento.

<div>Me duele mucho que mi mamá esté llegando a esta situación, pero la verdad es que cada día se vuelve más difícil. Amo profundamente a mi mamá y sigo haciendo todo lo posible para darle lo que necesita, para que no sufra y tenga los mejores cuidados.

<div>Lo que quiero reunir es para, al menos, unos tres años de cuidados, en los que se necesitarán pañales, toallitas, gastos de enfermeras, posibles hospitalizaciones, complicaciones con sus órganos que pueden surgir con esta enfermedad, y todos los gastos que se generen si en algún momento es necesario internarla. Solo quiero que esté en los mejores cuidados que pueda conseguirle. Sé que suena muy negativo pensar en todo esto, pero cada día que estoy a su lado veo cómo este camino es inevitable, porque ya estamos aquí.

<div>No creo llegar al total de lo que pido, pero esa cantidad es un cálculo aproximado de todo lo que puede pasar y lo que mi mamá pueda necesitar. Les agradezco de corazón todo su amor y ayuda, porque sé lo mucho que cuesta ganarse unos pesos en esta vida, y valoro cada una de sus aportaciones.
