<div>Hola me llamo Hugo Axel Martinez Sanchez y busco ayuda ya que fui victima de un asalto y agresiones en el cual se me hirió de gravedad, aun que las autoridades me encontraron golpeado fuertemente como se puede apreciar en la imagen, me dejaron tirado en el suelo por casi 6 horas en las cuales no hicieron ninguna acción para ayudarme o dirigirme a un centro de urgencias medicas, después de estas 6 horas mi pareja llego a auxiliarme, ya que había puesto una orden de búsqueda por persona desaparecida,  y las autoridades le comentaron haberme encontrado, le negaron la ayuda a ella también y después de otras 6 horas en las cuales seguí inconsciente, al poder recuperar la conciencia me dirigí a urgencias en mi clínica del IMSS asignada en la cual se me negó la atención también, por lo cual me tuve que dirigir con un especialista neurocirujano porque el dolor de cabeza y los vómitos no cedían, el cual al hacerme una tomografía me comento que tenia una hemorragia intracerebral y también me comento que era necesario operarme inmediatamente, por lo cual tuve que sacar un préstamo bancario con intereses para pagar dichos servicios, la cantidad que se me cobro por esta intervención medica fueron los 220,000 pesos, tengo dos semanas incapacitado por lo cual no eh podido trabajar y no tengo ingresos suficientes para pagar, por lo cual pido su amable ayuda, cualquier cosa que puedan aportar se los agradezco con el corazón.
