Hi, my name is Roger and my wife is Debbie. We’re having a hard time finding funds to pay for gas and utilities on a small fixed income we have to live on. I am disabled; I have epilepsy and heart disease. Debbie is retired on a small pension. We live in Acton on a 5-acre ranch with 2 goats, 3 alpacas, 2 rescue dogs, and 1 cat.
