Gary from @McDonalds

This is Gary,  This photo of Gary  sweeping  the McDonald's parking lot in the freezing rain has gone  viral.      With such an  outpouring of kindness and concern ,we have  decided to set up a  fund for him.     
Gary is a 70 year old man who many of us in Hamilton knows as the sweet old man with a hunchback who walks miles to work (McDonald's) every morning.     
Gary and his wife Valerie live in a one room apartment here in Hamilton Ohio.  They do not own a bed or have money for the basic necessities.
   
Valerie is in the  early stages of Alzheimer's.     We our hoping to raise enough money to get them a new place to live with better living conditions and also   purchase cemetery plots at Green Wood.     The two are worried they will not be buried together.     
When told people on Facebook have been worried about him...Gary's respond was. 
" He just couldn't believe that people would really care that much about him", he teared up and said that several times!
Gary's motto is " Work like a Marine and you will Persevere"

Patricia Beyerlein 

Will be accepting cash donations and gift cards ,Along with managing funds raised for Gary.
Patricia Beyerlein has been picking him up from work most days. 
She also helps  not only with this couple but anywhere and everywhere there is a need. Thank you Patricia for your support  in our community.

Please do not call or complain  to Mc Donald's.
He takes his job very seriously so We don't want him to get in any trouble over people complaining or losing any hours, he needs them to support him and his wife... So please don't "report" them he does this because he has a tremendous work ethic! 

With the holidays coming up Lets please not forget about or elders!
