God has a plan. He has a plan for everything. We may never know what this plan is or why it has been set in place for us, but for every happening there is a reason.
Through Gary and Lisa’s journey through this troublesome time with Covid, they have both reached out to God and have built their faith knowing that He is with them. Taking every chance they get, they share their faith with those that surround them. And embrace every moment they have been blessed with. They have the choice to be upset and angry but they choose to use this experience to share their faith and their love for God and Jesus. With so much fear of the unknown they know that there is a plan, we do not know what that plan is and we are not supposed to know, but we are to share our faith and teach His word to others. And this is exactly what they are doing
Gary and Lisa have both touched so many with their smile, stories, hugs. And they continues to reach out and help those - today it is sharing with others how they have found peace in all of this suffering with finding God again and they have chosen to spread the word of God through this journey.
Over the last month, their lives have been a roller coaster. One day Gary was in the hospital doing well, the next day on a ventilator, then back off the ventilator, and now back on. All this time, they have had to utilize technology to be able to see and talk to each other as visits were not initially allowed. They continue to fight for health, both mentally and physically, while putting their faith and trust in the Almighty.
On top of their own Covid battles, they are also trying to grief the loss of his Mother Donna, his Aunt and his cousin who they have lost all in this past month. So much sadness, but yet they both have their faith that keeps them fighting for the next day.
Asking for help or accepting help has never came easy for any of us. It’s hard. But there comes a time when going through something like this that other worries and fears of time off work, medical bills building up, normal every day bills, wondering how to financially survive start to over take your mind and it becomes so much to handle on your own. Though we know that God will always provide for us, we, their family, come to you asking to help us lessen this financial burden for them. We only want them to focus on healing and getting better and not have stress over finances.
We ask that if you and your family are financially in a position to help, please consider doing so. If you are not able we ask that you continue to pray for healing. There is so much power in prayer.
