So we've laid off our program staff while maintaining a skeleton crew for <a href="http://westtownbikes.org/ciclo-urbano/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ciclo Urbano</a>, our bike sale and repair shop.  As you know, working with us is the very first job many of our young people usually get.
