Garrison's Surgery

A while back I adopted my first Emotional Support Animals Garrison and Pavonia from an amazing organization JerseyCats.  They have become two wonderful additions to our family. Garry is now in need. He started peeing and pooping outside of his litter box and we had difficulty in trying to get a urine sample for our vet. Then the moment came where he had trouble urinating causing him a lot of pain. His urinary tract had a partial blockage, and needed immediate treatment just to make it through the night. Then he needed surgery to prevent further blockages. He is only one year old and we couldn't bear to put him down for something that was fixable. But despite the surgery, he quickly blocked again and needed to go back to the hospital. So after 3 trips to the hospital so far totaling $8000. Garry is finally almost ready to come home, and the vet hospital has recommended a prescription(and pricey) diet.

I am writing this from a hospital bed because of my own medical issues wondering if I will need surgery too. I still have my own previous, current, and future medical treatments to pay for. My husband has been going back and forth in caring for me and for our fur babies.
