Hi, my name is Garrett. I was on my way out to Albany, NY to see my sister for her pre-wedding festivities where my wife and I were honored and asked to be a part of their wedding and stand with them at the altar. But on our way out there, unfortunately, the transmission went in my '15 Silverado. I had to abandon and leave her in Rochester for a couple of days, and we had to get a rental for the weekend that cost us over $700 that we didn't have and had to borrow just to make this happen so we could be a part of this amazing part in my sister's life.

It has me in a really tough spot because I just got done paying off the $8,000 motor replacement I had to do earlier this year, shortly after paying for our wedding and honeymoon this past September. I'm falling on some really hard times. I just got a job after 4-5 months of being unemployed, but my new job is weather-dependent, so I haven't been able to get full-time hours to help get myself out of this financial hole. I'm behind on all my bills, and we are trying to start a family. But there are complications that require tests, medications, and multiple doctor's appointments that we would have to pay for as well. This is just complicating things that much more.

I understand everyone may be going through tough times as well, I'm just throwing this out there as a last-ditch effort because at this point any little bit will help us in a huge way.
