Cathy Cepis Mink just retired from Garnet Valley after many years of service to the schools and to the community.
The Garnet Valley Alumni Association is partnering with the school district to create a scholarship in honor of Cathy's dedication to this wonderful community and in recognition of her lifelong commitment to students and learning.
Cathy will have the option of creating the criteria for the scholarship which will begin with the 2018 graduating class from Garnet Valley High School.
