Martin's Kidney/Pancreas Transplant

My husband, Martin is a 37 year old man in dire need of a kidney and pancreas transplant.  He is a loving husband and dad to 3 wonderful boys;  a hardworker and dedicated family man.  

Unfortunately, he has had hypertension since the young age of 12 and diabetes since he was 16.  These health complications have caused severe damage to his kidneys and now needs the transplants.  During the waiting period, he will be on dialysis and have several tests done which will cause he and myself to be out of work for hands on training, surgical procedures and the testing.

After insurance coverage, with the surgeries, medications, recovery time and traveling costs, he and I will still have to pay at least $7000 out of pocket.  He still pushes himself and works everyday.  However, we still won't be able to have that amount.  Any donation no matter how small will matter to us and our family and will be greatly appreciated!
