Prayers and Support for The Olivas

I am writing to request prayers and financial support for my sister Amanda's family. My brother in law Jose (Gardo) is fighting cancer.  It started last year with testicular cancer, and at the time, he went through several months of chemotherapy.  Unfortunately, the cancer has recurred and has spread to the lymph nodes.  He has now started a much more aggressive treatment regimen including in-patient chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant at the Cancer Center of America in NE Philly. 

Gardo is self-employed with his own landscaping business, but it is really a business of one, and he will not be able to work this season.  My sister works full-time (most days from home) and they have three young children ages 1, 3 and 9.  Even with insurance, there will be many uncovered medical bills, as well as extra costs, such as gas for my sister to travel to the Cancer Center.  Her salary cannot sustain the family's monthly bills, food, etc.  This present cancer treatment plan will need to cover several months and is much more serious than the first situation last fall.

We greatly appreciate your prayers and THANK YOU in advance for whatever you might be able to contribute during this very challenging time. Your continued support, encouragement, and help has been and will continue to be such a blessing to my sister, Gardo, my nieces and nephew, and to the rest of my family as well.
