Your Turn: A Super-Powered Earth Saving Musical!

Hi, I'm Betina Hershey, director for the original children's musical Your Turn: A Super-Powered Earth Saving Musical. Book by Gwynne Watkins, lyrics by (myself) Betina Hershey, music by Sunny Knable. Upcoming performances are scheduled for May 21st and 22nd at Garden Players. 

 

Garden Players is a small theater company dedicated to bringing new original works to life for children to perform, focusing on socially conscious content since 2004, when I began leading the group.

 

Putting on a show always requires fundraising. We hope you'll help us get this big-hearted, local production up and running.

 

Funds will be used to hire a band of 5 professional musicians, a sound engineer, and a backstage crew of 8-10 people. Funds will also help purchase supplies for our sets, props, costumes, a videographer and pay our writers, director, and musical director. Important to community outreach is sharing our production online at the culmination of this performance.
