Garage Theatre Ensemble Funding

Hello friends,

Garage Theatre Ensemble is well into its second year of existence, and we could not be more excited to share with you everything we have been working on, with two bold new works coming your way in April!

However, as we have moved our artistic ventures from the digital world to develop in-person events, it seems we are in dire need of financial assistance.

We are looking to raise $5,000 over the next couple months to assist us with the following:

Created in the Summer of 2020, Garage Theatre Ensemble was founded as a way to practice and experience live theatre during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have since workshopped nine original works through our Garage Door Playwright's Intensive, produced a feature-length independent film, and collaborated to develop a brand new in-person Improv Competition for emerging improv artists in Orange County; Garage Arena Improv.

Since our conception, we've extended our reach to all corners of the U.S.A. and beyond, bringing together artists of all backgrounds and levels of experience. Our goal from the very beginning has been to create a working theatrical space when little to none existed.

We have a bold vision. A vision to provide a professional space (both digital and physical) for new, bold, grassroots artistic experiences to be conceived and explored & to breathe life into the unsung ideas that live in the minds of the emerging artists in our communities.
