Gandalf's Ongoing Care

CAARS are aiming to raise funds for Gandalfs Veterinary Care, Lock down has hit the rescue hard and funds are short. (He's booked in for a check over at 2.45pm 12/10/2020) 

Gandalf the little Yorkshire Terrier was found tied to the railings under the M6 motorway bridge on the Lichfield Road (Friday 9th October)

A sorry sight and one of the worst we’ve seen

“Gandalf” as we’ve named him, looked and smelt horrific! This poor little gentle dog, smelt like he was rotting

Hate to think of how long he had been tied up for or the conditions he had lived in previous to being abandoned like rubbish.

Very underweight and could hardly hold his weight. With little meals, small and often he’s building up quite an appetite!

Fingers crossed we can find you a suitable home to live out your remaining time in
