GE x Forget Me Not Children's Hospice Charity Walk
Do you want to join us in making a difference?
We're raising money in aid of Forget Me Not Children's Hospice and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to so many.
Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice supports children with life-shortening conditions and their families. We’re here for any family confronted with the news their child has a life-shortening condition, however, wherever and whenever they need us.
Our vision is to deliver pioneering care through pregnancy, childhood and loss, whenever families need us, whatever their future holds. Our services include caring for families during pregnancy and birth, hospice at home, family support, crisis care, step down care, end of life and snowflake care (when a child has passed away), respite and support for those affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child.
We have supported over 500 families since opening our hospice, this includes families caring for a child with a life-shortening condition and bereaved families. We support these families in many different ways to make their lives just a little bit easier and we could not do it with your support. Each year we need to raise more than 4.5 million pounds, and with only 3 percent of this coming from the government your support is vital. Thank you so much for fundraising for Forget Me Not Children's Hospice.
