I’m a member of Thriving Through Venture (TTV) and I’m trying to raise money for our expedition to The Gambia in August 2019 in which I will be working closely with Gambians and contributing to the community.

I am working to fundraise this through sponsored events but without your donations it will be hard for me to achieve my goal. The donations and support would help to compliment my fundraising and allow me to achieve my required amount. We are also working towards a performance in September that explores identity and what we have learned about it on our trip to The Gambia.

Thank you for any support, all the money raised will help to build on my experience and will be hugely appreciated.
TTV is a recently established charity that is designed to provide once in a lifetime experiences that develop the long-term resilience and confidence of young people in Wiltshire with mental health vulnerabilities, through collaborative and purposeful projects within their local UK communities and the partner community of Gunjur in The Gambia.
Through working with TTV, we have already been lucky enough to learn about Gunjur and Gambian culture with the Kombosilla association at Bristol.

These projects provide the young people with skills, a sense of purpose, identity and confidence which are crucial elements for mental well-being.
