Dialysis for 6 months in the U.S.

Hi everyone. My name is Gal and I need your help.
About four years ago I started going on dialysis while waiting for a kidney transplant. where I'm from (Israel) the wait for a kidney is very long and could take up to a decade. being 31 years old and wanting to start a family is hard enough for the rest of us even without health problems.
I've been blessed enough to have insurance that would take me to the U.S. and cover 6 months for dialysis and some medical treatments along with a transplant but not more then that.
As the wait in U.S. can take up to a year for patients in my condition, one thing becomes clear. I would be forced to pay rent, dialysis and other medical expanses and bills by myself. even if i had a job here in the U.S. I wouldn't have been able to stand such high bills in such a short time. which is where I am requesting your help.
I need to make sure I can pay dialysis bills for the remaining six months of this year and other medical expanses. which is where you come in. it would help me a great deal if you helped out with a few dollar or even just shared this page/post.
