Gage Family Long Term Medical Assistance

On December 15, 2019 my dad Jim Gage passed away at his home. He leaves behind my mom Kathe, his Bride of 46 ½ years, two grieving adult children, myself and my older brother James, his sister and brother-in-law and an aunt, and many, many, longtime friends and colleagues.
On December 12, 2019, my beloved mother, Kathe, was admitted to the hospital with yet another round of heavy infections, which she’s been fighting off and on for the past 7 years. As of now, she’s stable, but in an altered mental state for an as yet unknown reason.
Dad was retired, and he and mom had recently moved to their retirement house. With mom being sick so much, not all of their belongings had been moved out of their old house, which has yet to be sold.
With my mom in the hospital in an altered mental state, it’s on me to handle financial matters and I need help. I will be pursuing legal guardianship of my mother, but until that is official, I do not have the financial means to cover their expenses, or the ability to sell the old house.
I am asking for contributions to cover:
Double mortgage payments
Double utility payments
Car payments
Transportation costs for me to check on their house
Funds to assist my brother’s monthly expenses (mom and dad would help with those each month)
Possible funeral home costs
Other unforeseen expenses related to the homes or other property.
