Gabrielle Hanlon was born the 4th child to Mike and Penny Hanlon. In 1997, they lost their 2nd child, daughter Jessica Hanlon, at 10 1/2 months of age.  At the age of 5 months Gabrielle started having seizures and was placed into a drug induced coma where she continued to have seizures.  It was then she was diagnosed with Mitochondrial disease.   Doctors at first said she would most likely only live to see her first birthday.  A muscle biopsy was done at Emory University where they determined she could live to be 5-10 years old.  Gabrielle celebrated her 15th birthday in April.   She has been a blessing to our family for 15 years and we will miss her forever.  


This fund is being set up in order to facilitate donations to support Mike and Penny Hanlon as they need assistance in paying for the burial and funeral of their daughter Gabrielle Hanlon.
