My wife and mother of our children, Gabrielle, had an enchanting and very engaging personality as well as a radiant and warm smile. She is the mother of our two incredibly gifted and talented children, Kosmond Charles and Angelique Elizabeth. We married on September 7, 1985, and life took us on separate paths in September 1996. Gabrielle’s awesome intelligence and incredible gifts and talents remained with her throughout life.

Throughout more than three decades of her life, personal mental health challenges coincided with her family, faith, career, and community. Mental health services, housing, and health/wellness resources were present but not consistently accessible nor did Gabrielle always trust the system. Family was often a safety net and an ever-present source of love. We are so thankful for her life and her legacy of love and courage.

We now ask you to join us in honoring her and uplifting others in need who share in her journey. My family will use your funds to memorialize and celebrate Gabrielle's awesome spirit and selfless love. We will give her a beautiful Homegoing. We've already implemented a scholarship fund for the offspring of the mentally ill and homeless. We will start a nonprofit organization (Gabby's Grace and Glory) to provide contributions to mental wellness and homelessness organizations. We also seek to heighten awareness of mental illness and homelessness through creative and sustaining means. God Bless You for your contribution.
