Cisco Needs a Kidney Transplant

Vincent, a 13 yr old boy with Autism, is desperately trying to help his Dad get a new kidney.  Here's what he has to say:

"Hey guys, can you please help me? My dad has kidney failure and it's only functioning by 7%. And now he has developed neuropathy, and the only way to help with the pain, is to get a kidney transplant. But the transplant hospital wants him to have $10,000 before considering him for transplant. He is a single father who solely supports me without any financial help from anyone. So I'm asking for any financial help that I can get, because he's all that I've got.
He is the most loving, and supportive father I've ever had. He is teaching me how to become a man for when I'm older someday. All he ever wants in life is me to be alive and well healthwise. He has been dealing with kidney failure for about 3 years now, and it would mean SO much to me if we got him a new kidney."

Cisco has many family and friends that are willing to be tested for a match but he is unable to start the process until he can provide $10k up front.
