Dear Friends,

As many of you know, Sierra has been a steady light in our community for years. She has lovingly guided countless kindergartners through their very first steps in school, showing each child patience, gentleness, and compassion. Beyond the classroom, she is the kind of person who quietly gives of herself—always ready to listen, to lend a hand, or to offer encouragement when it’s needed most.

After a long week of dedicated planning for the upcoming school year, her car would no longer start. This faithful car was well loved and had over 350,000 miles on it! Many of the parents at her school have watched her load and unload this trusty car day after day, carrying the class linens, cooktop, class symbols, and mud kitchen toys the children engage with daily. For someone who has poured so much love and energy into the children and this community, I hope you’ll be able to rally around her in this time of need.

I am setting up this fund to help Sierra purchase dependable transportation so she can continue her work and daily life without this heavy burden. Every contribution—no matter the size—will make a real difference and remind her of the care and gratitude that surrounds her.

Let’s come together to support a woman who has given so much to children and families and whom we love so dearly. Thank you for helping us show Sierra just how appreciated and loved she truly is.
