Legal Fees

For over nine years I have been a stay-at-home mom to our four children, ages 9, 7, 3, and 2 years old. After I told their father I was no longer willing to stay in the marriage, he filed for full custody in December 2016. Since then it has been an uphill battle to retain custody of our children.

I have been faced with financial abuse, emotional abuse, legal abuse, the children have not been allowed to visit their family in SC, and I am isolated with no support system. The court filings have been nonstop and I can no longer afford an attorney. Unfortunately that means I could lose custody of our children. 

As some of you know I requested to move back home to SC with the children last year. That was denied based on perjurious claims from their father that I kept the kids from him, that he was the primary caretaker for them, that I am bipolar, mentally unstable, unfit, and suicidal, etc.

I need money for attorney's fees so that someone can help me navigate the custody issues and advocate for our children. All I want is for myself and the kids to be able to LIVE OUR LIVES without the constant fear that their father will keep taking me back to court. We need peace of mind so if you can chip in any amount is helpful! Thank you!
