medical expense fund

I've been on dialysis for 7 years and need a kidney transplant. I'm about to go before the board at Vanderbilt hospital to be approved for a transplant. When that happens (fingers crossed!!!) I'll need help with medications and travel expenses. Even after the transplant I'll have to travel to Vanderbilt (3hrs from my home) at least once a week for months for tests and medication changes.
