We owe it to Owen!

We need your help!  Owen has been struggling with poor health lately.  He has been in and out of the hospital the last few months.  Owen had an abundance of ear infections throughout his first  6 months of precious life.  These ear infections have caused the mastoid bone behind his ear to deteriorate.  This has allowed some spinal fluid to escape through his ear from the dura mater around his brain.  He is still as happy as can be expected but he is going through more pain than any child should have to endure.  He is currently on an extended sleepover at the hospital and we are hoping the fluid leak decreases soon. If not, they will need to place a lumbar drain to reduce the pressure.  The many trips and stays at the hospital and time away from work are placing a heavy burden on the Zustiak family. Owen's mother, Kendra has had to miss an extended period of time from work to care for Owen and does not qualify for FMLA, (Family and Medical Leave Act) which guarantees her a certain amount of time off from work without threat of job loss.   As a mother, Kendra has enough to worry about with her baby boy and should not have to worry about having a job to return to when he gets better.  Any amount you are able to donate would help them tremendously.  These funds would help Aaron, Kendra, Breccan and Owen stay on their feet after Owen recovers.  Thank you for your time, prayers, and consideration!
