Support for baby Titan

On Tuesday October 21st, Titan Dean Cabrera son of Abraham and Cassie Cabrera, passed away from SIDS and made it back to his Heavenly Father. He was too perfect for this world and was needed in heaven. Titan is a special boy to us and our family and every one who knew him. In the words of his sweet parents, "We miss him so much but know that we will be with him again and we will be together for eternity." FAMILIES ARE FOREVER!
