Dumlers' vacation, ongoing expenses

Emily is gearing up for an even longer uphill battle against cancer. She has been told that she should take a vacation now while she can because when treatment begins, it's 100 days of pain and misery, 28 of which she'll be quarantined AWAY FROM HER BEAUTIFUL AND BELOVED CHILDREN.
