Lost Job from Hip Replacement issue

My Name is Jeff Lapham. Long story short, I lost my job in 2009 (after 25years) due to the GM Bankruptcy. I worked many jobs for the past 5 years to keep my house and family afloat. In April 2014, I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of the hip and needed a total hip replacement. The job I was on at the time let me go due to the length of time I would be gone. I was well on my way to recovery when 6 weeks later my newly replaced hip dislocated. This was a very painful experience!I did not have Insurance at the time due to lost job. Needless to say my medical bills are skyrocketing. I'm barely able to hang on to my house and my youngest son just started college at the UTChattanooga. I have had a very rough time these past years finding suitable jobs let alone depleting everything I have to keep my family going.  Thanks for listening to my story and help if you can!   Jeff Lapham
