Pregnant cat in distress!

This cat was very pregnant and her caretaker was looking for help. She was just successfully trapped today and was set to go on the Aspca truck tomorrow morning when she suddenly went into labor, birthing one baby. She was in labor a few hours longer and it was realized that she either has a baby stuck in her canal or maybe kitten is breach and not passing so she needs to be taken to a vet ASAP most likely for a C section . Ease
