Medical Mission trip to Peru

I am so excited to announce that I have been given this amazing opportunity to participate in an International Medical Mission trip through my college. This coming July, I will be heading to Iquitos, Peru to spend a couple weeks totally investing myself into the care of others. This will give me the opportunity to serve in a ministry healthcare environment and grow spiritually, culturally, and overall as a healthcare professional.

As excited as I am to go on this trip, I have much work to be done! Besides all the planning, preparing, and praying I will do, fundraising is a big part of the trip.  As a full time graduate student, extra money can be hard to come about....but I will not let this stop me from pursing this amazing trip.  I feel so fortunate to have the time, ability, and current health to travel internationally and help those in need.  In hope that I can have some financial help I have decided to make this GoFundMe to help me reach my goal of $2900 for the trip. No donation is too small.  

 This is straight out of my comfort zone and something I have never been able to experience, and I am already excited for how this trip will change me in ways I could never imagine. Thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far, and if you decide to donate!! Please, also,  give me any advice you think would help prepare me for this adventure. I can't wait to allow God to work through me, lead me, and use me to change lives.
