Medical Care:Keep Families Together

Angry, saddened, frustrated, and heartbroken about how immigrant and refugee families have been torn apart at our southern borders? Want to do something concrete to make a difference?

Here’s your chance, folks.

A group family of asylum-seeking refugees has recently moved to my local community. I cannot share details, on the advice of their legal advocates, but I am working with a network of local volunteers called the Welcome and Help Network to coordinate legal consultation, medical care, food gift cards, and so forth.
