Please join us in celebrating the life of Kelly Eisenhart Schmittinger.
The anniversary of Kelly\'s passing is coming up in April, so as a family, we decided to do something special in her honor and to share Kelly\'s kindness. We will be collecting non-perishable food, house-hold items and money for the Milford Square Shelter & Food Pantry from March 4th until April 4th. (please see the list below of items that are needed)
Three times every week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the Milford Square Shelter & Food Pantry provides meals for our neighbors. Last year, the Penndel, Doylestown and Milford Square food pantries provided food for about 3525 individuals each month: 1408 children, 352 elderly and 1760 adults. The Milford Shelter also houses single women and their children. Right now there are 7 kids who live at the shelter under the age of 5 (2 of them are infants). They need our help!
We will be scheduling food and supply pick-ups over the next few weeks in Gilbertsville, Hatfield, Lansdale, North Wales, Souderton and Manayunk. Please set aside some of your grocery list to help our neighbors. Of course the Milford Square Shelter & Food Pantry can also use financial assistance. You may donate right here! Simply click the link to donate and we will direct 100% of our proceeds directly to the Milford Square food pantry. Please remember Kelly and provide a little love for those who really need it.
