Help my friend to create a new life

I want to help my friend Sylvie (not her real name) to attend licensed nurses assistant training (LNA).    Sylvie is a registered asylum seeker who fled Eastern Congo (in central Africa) where marauding and pillaging have been going on for over 20 years.  She was working there to protect young girls who had been raped.  This was important but dangerous work because it involved denouncing the perpetrators.  She received many threats to her life and it eventually became too hazardous to remain.  She now hopes to make a new start in the United States as a nurse’s assistant and I would like to help her afford training to continue helping others.
