Dr. Randall Lynn Wright Scholarship

After a 7 year battle with stage 4 cancer my father is finally at peace. He dedicated himself for the greater good of society by educating prisoners in Canadian Correction facilities for over 20 years. After completing his PH D. dissertation at the University of Calgary, he began teaching at the College of Education at California State University, San Bernardino. He continued his research on the benefits of education for prisoners and prisoner identities during and after incarceration. In his honor we are creating this page as a way to raise funds for the Dr. Randall Lynn Wright Memorial Scholarship. This will be a one-time scholarship for a student pursuing a Masters or Ed.D. at California State University, San Bernardino. We are using gofundme because we are asking people to donate to this scholarship in lieu of flowers.
