Our 12 year old pup Guinea (aka "G") suddenly became very ill on Tuesday, November 20th.
We took him to our vet, and thinking he had a belly full of Cancer they had us rush him to Upstate Veterinary Specialties emergency center in Latham, NY for a 2nd opinion.
Thankfully, they have NOT found any cancer but yesterday they removed his Gallbladder that had ruptured, and his Spleen. He is doing better today, but still a pretty sick pup.
We have reached the high end limit of the estimate that they gave us, and by Monday will have surpassed that amount. We are looking at over $10,000 in Vet costs for our Boy.
We hate to ask for any help, but we are reaching our monetary limit of what we can do on our own.
We appreciate whatever help we receive, even if it is just a share of this fundraiser.
