Teresa's Life Saving Fund- Help us Find a Kidney

Greetings Everyone,

My siblings and I are on a mission to save the beautiful life of our beloved mother, Teresa, by reaching out to you and graciously asking for your much needed help. She is the Matriarch of our family, Mother of four, Grandmother of four, who has been diagnosed with life-threatening stage 5 kidney failure due to lifelong chronic diabetes and requires a kidney transplant to survive. She has been on the kidney transplant list for 5 years with little success. Last year we received wonderful news that there was a match from another state, however, our mother’s system rejected the kidney. Therefore, it’s back to the drawing board. We are still feeling hopeful and believe God has something better in store for her.

Now, as she faces this new health challenge, we hold on to hope and faith that, together, we can overcome this battle. Our mother's strong spirit, combined with our father Robert's unwavering support, is a true testament to their enduring love. Our dad has stepped away from his full time job to be with her, accompanying her to medical appointments and providing the at home care she needs.  

This health crisis has tremendously affected our mom's well-being and also has financially strained our family. The expenses associated with the transplant, ongoing medical care, and loss of income have created a significant burden. We reach out to you with humility and gratitude, seeking your help to alleviate this financial dilemma. Your support not only eases the financial burden, but may also help us find that crucial donor match. 

We're asking for your assistance in various forms: donations, prayers, potential match testing, and sharing our story far and wide. Every contribution, no matter the size, holds immense value and will directly contribute to our mom's dialysis shunt placement surgery, post-operative care, ongoing medical expenses, and most importantly branching out to out-of-state facilities for a kidney transplant.
