Motorcycle hit and run

As many of you know, 23 year old Marcos Ramos (my son) was involved in a tragic hit-and-run accident. On Thursday, August 10, while on his way home from hanging out with his friends Marcos was struck by a silver pick up. He tried to do his best to get control of his motorcycle by it was to late. He lost complete control of his motorcycle and was dragged across the road and left there. The bike was totaled during the accident, a complete loss.He was so fortunate that a good samaritan stopped and called emergency services for him. He was rushed to Huntington Memorial Hospital.

As a result of the accident, Marcos was left in critical condition but stable condition. He has a long road to recovery. He broke both of his arms, shattered both hands, covered in road rash. He's off of work with no income and the insurance won’t cover the costly medical bills. All funds received will be used to alleviate the financial strain brought on by Marcos’ treatment.
